YubA County Supervisor's Meeting
Yuba County Calif, Scene 10/25/22

Yuba County Calif, is expecting to welcome a Costco store in the old Linda Mall on North Beale Rd. that had flooded in 1986 when the levee broke. This should bring in more funding from sales tax for infrastructure projects. Costco is hoping to open next spring or summer if all goes well according to the Yuba County Supervisors at their 10/25/22 meeting held at 9am.
In other actions discussed at the meeting; Grants were received for infrastructure improvements in the Linda Ca, area. Which brought a question from the Olivehurst Ca. Supervisor Seth Fuher asking why Olivehurst which has needed drainage improvements for decades, was left out of the upgrades? He was told by management that Olivehurst didn't rate on the list, so they are basically SOL for now.
Apparently, the Marysville City Supervisor has been involved in projects outside the City of Marysville, namely a Japanese Internment/concentration remembrance site in south Yuba County. When Don Blaser mentioned the Internment/Concentration remembrance site location, Supervisor Andy Vasquez Jr. took umbrage and played the WOKE card, saying it was offensive and words matter... Andy, Stop playing the WOKE Card. People have had enough of that blather! Call a Spade a Spade ... The Japanese were placed in a CONCENTRATION INTERNMENT CAMP... plain and simple... Trying to sugarcoat it with WOKE ISMs is offensive!
Besides all of the back-patting and proclaiming the current Board of Supervisors is the best...Something every Board has said ... And Olivehurst being put on the back burner as usual, it was a pretty uneventful meeting.
Too, bad the Supervisor for the City of Marysville is more involved outside of the district he represents. The City of Marysville has one of if not the highest water costs in the north valley, not to mention the high sewer costs, Why? Because Cal-Water is fleecing the taxpaying citizens that voted Blaser into office. It seems passing the blame is all our elected officials do when it comes to the Cal-Water problem... Marysville is literally floating on water, and you can hit water between 20 and 35 feet with little problem if you drill your own well... If the County Supervisor and City Council would work on buying out or running out Cal-Water and taking back the Citizens Water, the quality of life would be greatly improved, and extremely high summer water bills would be a thing of the past. Having to pay $150 a month to keep your lawn and trees greenish-brown, is not a beautiful sight. Since we DON'T live in the desert and are surrounded by rivers that frequently rise above flood level causing flooded streets and evacuations... you would think water would be a cheap commodity in Marysville. Maybe OPUD or Yuba Water Agency can pool their resources to buy out Cal-Water? Didn't the Bond to build Bullard's Bar Dam promise the voters of Yuba County Cheap Electric and water after it was paid off? Marysville at the time was one of the largest voting block... so it seems once again Government has lied to its taxpayers.

I have written several books on how unfree you really are and one on how owned you are... Now I want to show you in black and white how owned you sheeple really are.
I recently was sent an invite to an Orwellian Dog and Pony Show, slash Invite to a local water company roundtable Q&A to get the citizen's input. This was sent from California Water Service which owns the water rights basically in many cities across the country. I'm sure it will be filled with the water company's shills and elected officials who are in the pocket of the water company or those corporations that own the water company... And the citizens will be told how lucky they are to have CAL WATER servicing them at summertime prices that will cost you over 200 dollars to keep your lawns green and your trees from dying.... The highest water prices in a 50-mile radius...Folson California which is a high-end residential area pays less for water and sewer than poor Marysville Calif, does just for water... and Marysville Ca. is in between to major rivers that have flooded over several times! So Marysville is floating on water, and you can hit water at about 10 to 30 feet with no problem, all year long too! Sewer is another 60 bucks or so a month... Now I know they are going to say they DO NOT over charge! With major contempt at me for saying they do indeed... and they will say anyone can drill their own well if they are unhappy... but that is a BS half-truth, and in most cases a bold-faced lie! In most cities your lot size makes it illegal to drill a water well. A new well has to be 100 foot or so from a septic system and 50 foot from a sewer line and a specified distance from the home and property line. Not to mention local ordinances that will prohibit you from drilling your own water well.
So, you as a homeowner in a district that is controlled by a water company that is not the Citizen's Municipalities' or owned by the citizens of that city or county that can vote on issues regarding their water, are a captively owned customer that is basically enslaved to pay for water to a company owned or controlled by a mega corporation that is out to control every aspect of your life. What the hell am I talking about you ask? Well, do you know who has controlling stock in CAL WATER SERVICE? The same corporations that control your food, water, medical, governments, media, and just about everything you by or have to buy. Who might that be? Blackrock and Vanguard corporations do! Here is the breakdown of top corporate stockholders of CAL WATER SERVICE. If you check who owns controlling interest in your water company, I think you might find the same two own your water too.

The Socialist Communist Healthcare Plan
Well the Federal Nanny State’s Socialist Care is taking out those obstacles and opponents in the way of the ultimate plan. That plan of course is to make each and everyone of you dependent on the government whether you want to be or not. So the system has started getting rid of the old country Doctors that would see you and tell you either they could help your problem or not. They were the Good Old Docs that knew a patient and knew that patient’s problem including whether or not they needed to be seen every month especially if they couldn’t afford to keep coming in every month. That has now been replaced with the quantity and no longer the quality of care. Yes they have started making those Damn Good Country Doctors retire whether or not they wanted to. Why? Because they were the doctors that would give you a 6 month supply medication for your health issues like blood pressure meds, ulcer/stomach meds, pain meds etc., and knew the odds on your issue going away anytime soon were slim to none! But with the new government/insurance decree by threat of force and death, “We the Slave People” of the USA “Under Supreme Authority” have been herded into a Fast Food Medical System that you will be forced to buy in California and soon other Communist States, that relies on quantity of people seen. The more times you are seen, the more times you pay your deductible. This is how the Socialist Nanny Care works, and works in medical places like heath centers for the poor, who, by the way, have the worst health issues in the world, and not just because of their eating habits but because the Health Care they get from those low end places is minimal at best. Those Low-End Health Care places are the poster child for Quantity and not Quality!
So now that one obstacle “Good Country Doctors” are for the most part, out of the way, now they can fill those spots with Government Controlled Doctors who will ask how high when told to jump by their God Government. I was told by a doctor that he is merely a population controller now. The bureaucrats and pharmacies now tell the doctors what they can prescribe and how much they can prescribe for their patients. Some of you might remember how your family had a family doctor who you saw only when you were sick and really needed to see him. Now you'll have to see him/her/it every 3 months or so, or you will not get a refill for life supporting medications, and if you question them, you too will be next to feel the wrath of God Government, especially if you complain! You want to see a run around nightmare, open you mouth in the New Health Care Fast Revolving Door Centers and they’ll tell you to come in every 2 weeks to get your prescriptions rewritten! Hey 25 to 40 bucks a pop for the visit and then at least that much for the Meds…. What a racket!
I just tell them they will have to kill me to make me comply with “Health Care” mandates, what an oxymoron, and I have no doubt they will have no problem sending the Gestapo out to force you once you refuse, and soon they will start to kick in your doors! So if you are locked and loaded, ready to die fighting the tyranny, just remember that will be a good day to die fighting tyranny….also remember they wear body armor and you don’t want to die alone, so aim for the head! It is a sad day in America, when Orwellian 1984 has come true. But here we are. Sad indeed.
To the Victor go the spoils, but to those who died fighting honorably and took out as many of the Tyrants as they could, they will go to Valhalla and be received like the heroes they are!

They spew it never happens in other supposed Civilized Countries that ban guns... My amazement is the fact they don’t seem to learn and keep believing banning guns will stop the killings. They refuse to see that these murderers are killing people in “GUN FREE” environments! i.e. …Easy Targets!

REWRITING ELECTION CONTRIBUTION LAWS

I know many of you are aware that elected officials and those running for elected office take contributions from just about anyone who is willing to back their campaign. But did you realize that Unions and Major Corporations also contribute to them. Under what a corporation means under the law or a corporate status, means they are considered an individual. Therefore they can contribute to a candidate like an individual but can't vote as an individual in an election. Only the people in the corporation or union can vote as individuals... This has been interpreted as the corporation is acting as the spokesperson for the Corporation or Union Members... But that isn't true. Many of Unions and Corporations have many members that are not in favor of the candidate the Union or Corporate bosses select to give their union dues or corporate money to. Of course, the Unions and Corporations will say they back and contribute to the person they think will benefit their corporation or union. So, in theory they are trying to buy a vote if that corporation or union comes up in any government proceeding. Now any 6th grader could see that you would think. But NOOOO the majority of the people have no idea or really think about the fact that the elected government leaders deal with Unions and Corporations who have heavily contribute to them every day.
The Police/Sheriff, Fire, Public Works, Staff, are in most states Unionized and Deal with Corporations that sell them goods. So, you would think that if a politician had gotten a political contribution from a union or corporation that is doing business or intends to do business with the government, that any politician that had gotten a contribution from them would have to abstain from voting on any business that comes up involving those who had contributed. But that isn't the case and that is why the corporations and unions contribute to "Their Boy or Girl" because they know they will get a favorable return... and that should be a blatant conflict of interest, which amounts to buying a politician and their vote. So until We The People, change this and make it a crime to vote on any issue that involves a contributor of your campaign, buying votes will continue to be allowed and you the individual taxpaying voter will be ignored.
Government Escalating it’s Spying On Net
Since the news broke that our government has been illegally spying on people in the US and abroad, foreign nations have been more outraged than the American public, and because of that apathy and complacent attitude the Government is not only continuing it’s spying but expanding it! Edward Snowden sent a wake up call to the world that shakes the very foundation of American Freedom and the Rights of the American People. Hell, when the deep-state spied on the Greatest President we've seen in our lifetime, President Donald J Trump, and then lied out their pie holes, and destroyed as much evidence against them as they could. Any sane person would think the American People would be out in the streets in violent protest! But the Sheeple just bah bah bahed along as if that was OK.
Now the internet has become almost totally controlled and watched through a multitude of new spying software that you unknowingly download almost everyday. Every time your computer is on the internet and a pop-up comes on telling you a program needs to be updated and wants to go into your hard drive to make that change, you are being spied on. And most of you Sheeple are too apathetically complacent to even bother read the agreement that states “Information collected on your computer will not be given to the general public and is only used internally” … Internally by whom? You guest it, Big Brother, and their Orwellian masters Big Tech. What makes this even worse is that many of these update mandates are needed or you can’t access many of the sites on the internet, so the software, internet providers and Media Tech are in league with the government. Whether those software and internet providers willing went along or were threatened into submission, the end result is the same. Your info will be used anyway they want to use it and you will be ban if you post anything they don't like. It will be your own fault too, because No One Said OR Was Willing To Stand Up And Fight Against That Tyranny!
Since the American people stood aside and said little about the governments major violation of the Fourth Amendment and did absolutely nothing to stop it, the Fourth Amendment is gone, and the First is almost totally gone, as will the Second Soon be gone.
This Internet grab started the day the government pulled the switch on the internet to see if they could shut it down. It was done in the guise of national safety as a tool to be used to inform you of disasters but in reality it was to update and install their spying programs and make sure they could stop any Speech they didn't like or want the rest of us to see. The government and Big Tech knew very few if any of you would give a damn knowing Your Government Had Total Control Of The Internet. But Big Tech were really the ones in control. They are controlling everything you think, so you better think inside the box! Because if you don't, you will be ban on Facebook (Fakebook) - Twitter - YouTube and all other anti-American commie platforms. They need to be treated like hostile political propaganda sites!
I don’t know if there is anyway to undo what has been done and to stop what keeps evolving and getting worse, but one thing seems for sure, few, if any of you, will be trying to undo it.

Well after Butthead Biden's Political Blather yesterday about Democracy... I hope people realize he is the biggest idiot in the history of America to be placed in office. Number 1, we live in a Constitutional Republic and not a Democracy... Our founding Fathers hated Democracies and said so in their historical papers. So, a Representative Form of Governance was created with democratic aspects; namely the people would vote on their government, and the government would be subservient to the people, not the way it has become. The reason it has been turned into an oligarchy is because the media bots and teachers have poisoned the minds of the Sheeple by constantly saying Our Democracy... Democratic Democracies are MOB RULE Tyrannies plain and simple, and we are seeing that now.
So the tyrants are getting a bit scared that the people are going to explode when they cheat so blatantly on the 8th, that they are telling the dumbed down sheeple that because of mail in ballots, it may take several days or weeks to count all the votes... ARE THEY KIDDING US? DO THEY THINK YOU ARE THAT STUPID? Before mail-in ballots, people had to go to the polls to vote, and then the poll leaders had to take them to the county elections office where all the ballots were counted by about 11pm the night of the election. Now we can mail the ballots in weeks before the election, and they can't count them before the clock strikes 12 the night of the election? They really think you are that stupid. The only reason they need more time is to correlate the number of registered voters against the amount who didn't vote, so they can stack the ballots in favor of whomever they want to win, so the voter numbers are the same as the voters registered to vote... Otherwise, there is no reason for the count to take that long. Your Masters think you are that stupid and don't be a bit surprised to see the same thing that happened in Brazil to happen here next week... That is why all other medias refuse to allow you to speak about the fraudulent election that was a blatant farce in Brazil... No way a criminal cartel communist and former prisoner felon could win that election! NO DAMN WAY! Just as there was no damn way Butthead Biden got 81 million VALID VOTES! No Damn Way!
Same Old Blather in Marysville

Not much to report locally in Northern California in our area of Marysville California, except the local political organizations had what they call a candidates debate night…more like soft soap spew contest and no debating at all. I couldn't stomach being at one nor would I not keep quiet and not debate... Oh, they patted themselves on the back spewing how much they have done for the City of Marysville/Themselves, and spewed the same old blather about bringing back the City of Marysville to its glory days… WHAT? Really? Do they mean before the “BIG TEARDOWN” in the 70s? Or before that when Marysville was a booming thriving party town? When it had dozens of bars and restaurants and a dozen or so whorehouses between 1st in China Town and 3rd Streets? Is that what they are talking about? Because when that all stopped the City stopped thriving. So, what can they be talking about? Bring back the City from what or where? The City isn’t going anywhere except downhill, with all the transients of which many are mentally ill, frightening grownups and children alike...The police do little to nothing to get them committed so they can get some help... Oh, they arrest them and then let them out in a day or so to repeat the same crimes as they yell profanities insanely on the Street corners in front of schools, talking to their imaginary friends, terrifying little kids. So, what in the world are they talking about? Of what Blather does thou speakest of? Are you going to return the City to a time we locked up the crazies and made the streets safe to walk day and night? Or could this all be the same old blather the citizens have been hearing for multiple decades?
For those of you who don't know the history of the City of Marysville, and there are a lot locally who apparently don't because they keep making the same mistakes over and over again, the city used to be a thriving party town up until the 60s when the Self-Righteous got into power and shut down all the partying. People from all over would come to the Gateway to the Goldfields to party. Was it a rough city? Well, below 3rd Street you didn't want to be a single girl walking around unless you liked being propositioned, but no one got away with assaulting a girl... they normally got their head busted by one of the many door bouncers. Oh, Marysville had a boxing rink and skating rink and even an ice-skating rink. We had a Woolworth's, Sears, Montgomery Wards, lots of pawn shops... card rooms, pool rooms, a lot of restaurants and businesses galore. Around Christmas time down D Street where most of the stores once were, you could hardly walk down to the Woolworth's because there were that many people out and about. Then times changed as they always do, and the government started to crack down on partying and it all ended. The stores left, and the people stopped coming to Marysville. The Movie Theaters closed, the Hotel closed down and was boarded up. The City Councils allowed Non-Profits to take over the city where thriving businesses once were... And Marysville, Ca. became another city whose time in the limelight was over.
So, when I hear these people talk about bring back the city to its glory days, I have to chalk it up to the same old blather.

Going into a government building will become like entering a prison environment or airport. If you own guns and they are registered or traceable, be prepared for a visit from local Gestapo. I say Gestapo because an honorable American Peace Officer, who has swore an oath to uphold and defend the CONSTITUTION from all treats BOTH FORGEIN and DOMESTIC would never, ever, go along with “Thee Genocide of American Freedom!”
San Bernardino was in my opinion, a God or I should say in the case of the leftists, a Satan Sent tragedy that they have aided and abetted, by welcoming murderous illegals and refusing to target the threats to FREEDOM and to WE the PEOPLE! Instead they are in Protecting Themselves mode, the Supreme Authority, and the Terrorists. This State’s CRAZY AG Loretta Lynch is now threatening to imprison anyone who speaks hostile against Islamic Jihads… {No doubt an order from Moonbeam Brown.}
You are going to hear the Government spew the subterfuge that “Law Enforcers” need to confront anyone who masses arms and ammo…and YOU need to turn in your Neighbors… doesn’t matter who they are, a flag waving Constitutionalist American or ISIS flag waving Jihadist, they will be disarmed! Once we allow this to happen, all freedom in America will come to an end!

America's Failed Test
A test was conducted yesterday the 5th of July that I didn’t even know at first was a test. It was a test to see if there would be any outrage at 72 citizens in Boston being slaughtered by the government when the citizens refused to give up their banned assault rifles and other guns outlawed by the government.
I was outraged beyond words and attempted to go to the site that was linked to this story. At first it said the site was down for maintenance, then a few minutes later it said the site was no longer available, so I tried again and again and then I was sent to a totally different site. At that point I figured the government had taken that site down and was covering it up. My blood was boiling and I was ready to go to war against a tyrannical government and live or die it didn’t matter because I would rather die fighting tyranny than live in slavery.
I posted messages on FB and asked viewers why no one but a few were saying anything or even commenting. Not a peep out of those online, and there were 30 on chat according to my Face Book icon. Shortly after several attempts to wake up those online I noticed the number dropped to 20 and a few seconds later 10 then 4. It was like they all ran and hid and wanted to pretend it really wasn’t happening and if they didn’t see it or hear it they would be safe. Like seeing people walk by a person getting mugged and not lifting a finger to help that poor person and just hurrying away letting them be robbed and killed without so much as calling out for someone to help that person.
I try several times again to get to the site linked to the story in hopes somehow they could get it up and finally it came up. It was indeed a true story, it just wasn’t as current as they lead us to believe. That story was indeed true and did happen and appeared in the press on July 5th but it happened on July 4th in 1776 and was the start of the Revolution. People were so angry at the tyrannical government they went to war and won their Independence.
After finding out this was not really happening now and then reflecting on what I had witnessed on FB I realized America and the American people have no will to really be free. I was so incensed I dissolved my FB account, but then several people e-mailed me and said I shouldn’t allow those blow-hearts without any bravery or honor to drive me into solitude. That was enough and I came back and decided to tell the story of a people too afraid to fight to win their freedom. A true story but a sad one never the less.
I am sure some will say that they knew this happened hundreds of years ago and to them I ask why they never said that or tried to tell those online that it wasn’t happening now?
I realize it will be the few that will have to save freedom in America because the humble scared masses aren’t going to do anything when they come for the Books and then the Guns and then when they finally come for Them.

California probably has the most regulations in the country for making sure any opposition is squelched at public meetings. Once again, thee Orwellian Masters or The 300 as the Davos Group calls themselves, fooled the public and stole another election in States they want to be Blue communist States. At one time Arizona was an attractive state to consider moving to if you were a Constitutionalist. Now the Orwellian Communists have moved in millions of their minions to take it over like cockroaches and rats invading a home in a ghetto. A very sad epitaph for a once very conservative state.
But that was the plan all along. The left has been plotting for decades to over-run Arizona and have finally succeeded. Just has California went, then Nevada went, Orogen went, and then Washington went, now Arizona has been taken. Next is Idaho, which is almost, if not already a Leftist State. They have Hawaii, Colorado and New Mexico and are working on Texas and Alaska. Their plan is to get a 2/3rds majority of States to go Socialist/Communist and then they will call for a Constitutional Convention to change/amend the Constitution and abolish all but one of the Original 10 Amendment leaving only the 3rd which will be changed to allow the military to take control of all personal property whenever they deem it or its owners to be a threat to the government.
It is too bad the people have been conditioned like domesticated farm animals to obey. The Masters know if they take freedom away slowly, like placing a frog in a pot and slowly turning up the heat until it can't jump out and gets boiled alive, you won't have a chance to rebel. But I know now that most of you will not heed my warnings and will pretend things aren't that bad... and that is exactly what your Masters know you will do... Nothing. Wouldn't it be nice to totally disappoint them before it is way way way too late? You haven't got much time left, and it may already be futile, but to die fighting tyranny is a far better way to go than to die a beaten slave, don't you think?

Marysville California’s elite are terrified of an honest person running for City Council. Especially one who would never take a dime in pay from the taxpayers…Something none of the current council can say…
I got a real laugh out of one of the lack luster council members comments that was a direct shot at former council members of the past… Brad Hudson who owns the local watering hole for the Marysville Clique Elite is touting that he and his brethren in the Council, who all vote lockstep and contribute and support each other… Have accomplish more in 4 years than any other council has accomplished in 40 years… I know, try not to laugh… He mentioned the Marysville Hotel, which actually didn’t close until 1986 because the city wanted the owners to update the Hotel to current codes which would have cost about 10 million back then. So it closed and since it is an historic building it wasn't torn down. Not that other owners that bought the Hotel didn’t try to renovate it…one of the owners in the early 90s, Clyde Bennet tried to work with the City and asked to renovate the building story by story but the City wanted it done all at the same time and that was just not financially feasible or affordable for Mr. Bennet. So it sat vacant and still does to this day. Sadly the 5 story building has no parking, needs to be totally retro fit with fire sprinkler systems and after 30 plus years of decay and the leaking roof when it rains… most experts would say it needs to be raised because only someone with deep pockets that doesn't mind losing 20 Million or more in today’s world could or would take that project on.
The Local Daily had a headline about the derelict buildings, i.e. the Hotel and other building, the homeless and their spewing garbage everywhere and gang graffiti throughout the city and Hudson claims business is flocking to Marysville under his time in the City Council… I know, now you can’t stop laughing. Hey... he owns a bar… after a few stiff ones, everybody is a hero…lmao
Here is the funniest part. I had spoken to Hudson a few months back and he said he would never run again for City Council... hmm? An apparent lie… and you know that a person is only as good as their word… so if their word is no good...well, you know the rest of that saying. Now here is the funny part… I had mentioned that I might run… I was on the Marysville City Council from 1993 through 1996, 4 years and didn’t cost the taxpayers a dime in junkets to seminars to teach elected officials how to control the masses… At the time I was on the City Council it only paid 15 bucks a meeting, Which I didn’t need, the City has general public meetings 2 times a month. Now they get 600 a month… I know that isn't worth anything now either... with inflation its probably about the same, not worth collecting if you are trying to help the common citizen taxpayer… Sorry, I digress… Anyway., I was on the front page of the local daily more than any Councilman in the history of the City… Why? You ask...because I called out the hypocrisy and the feathering of some on the Council nests…As well as the sad pecking order they used then and still do today in regards to the common Taxpayer... If you are in the Royal Clique, you get special treatment. But, I think we have seen that across the nation now so I guess it is common. Ok…back to the funny part... once I mentioned I might run again...Oh boy did that get the ant nest swarming in terror, like sticking a stick in an ant nest, all the little ants came out running all around… I actually started laughing really hard when I was told this…You see one of the local County Supervisors called me and told me Hudson told him he had to run to stop Gless from getting on the City Council again… he said that the City would lose staff if Gless got elected....LOL .. I say good! It would save me the task of working to fire those who treat the citizens like garbage.
I was instrumental in getting the River Front Park in great condition with boat docks and concerts and also got the 99 Cent store to come into Marysville (Now the 125 Tree) and I was chastised for that because others on the Council wanted a Pier One store to come to the City… The Income per Capita at the time was nowhere near what Pier One looks at to locate… But the 99 Cent store was a great fit… later they even left Marysville and moved to Yuba City, (Higher income per capita) but the Dollar Tree took their place… I like the Dollar Tree better anyway...sadly due to 25% inflation it is now the dollar twenty five store...but that still a great store to shop at.
Hudson should have said that nothing has changed in 40 years politically, the same clique promoting the same agenda, and at least that would have been a much more accurate statement… OH WELL as the song goes by Peter Green … “Don’t ask me what I think of you, because I may not give the answer that you want me to.” - RW Gless

You are under attack in all small cities and towns by the NWO and the Orwellian Left who, like George Soros, are now funding many of the candidates in small towns and cities. Most of you never look up who supports a candidate and donates to their campaign... But you should! You can tell a lot about a candidate by seeing who supports them and what assets they declare on their FPPC paperwork. Look at their holding in Stocks and Real Estate and who contributes to them to get a good idea who they really are. Even in small cities that don't pay their council member much or anything, there are well funded shills for the NWO getting tens of thousands of dollars to win a seat on those city councils that pay little or nothing for the job. So why would a person run and be funded 40 or more thousand dollars to win a seat that pays virtually nothing? For control and to affect an agenda for those who have heavily financed them, that's why.
Many of these people are surrounded by leftist shills and straw bosses that are hard to connect to the elected official... They are used to gain wealth that later gets to the Elected Official. Just look at how elected officials who go into elected office with almost no money or assets are millionaires after a few short years in office. Oh, the elected officials who are questioned about getting paid-off or getting compensated in some way, will decry that they are not getting any compensation and those who question them are liars and spreading rumors and slander... Even when a paper trail is produced that shows they are guilty... SO, what do they do? They use the Disorderly Conduct Card and tell the City or town Gestapo to arrest that person who questions us, and charge them with a misdemeanor disorderly conduct or worse. That should send a crystal-clear message to all other peons, that to question their supreme authority is punishable by arrest and jail-time! This has been in the works for decades and inch by inch they have stripped you of your Rights under the Constitution.
So you need to be very vigilant and know who your enemies are before you check the box of a candidate, before you find out the hard way and lose more of your freedom

Marysville, Ca. The City of Marysville has returned to the Adopt a Park program that was a semi-successful program decades ago. As of 9 7 2022 people who want to adopt a park and help keep it clean and maintained, can call the City of Marysville at 530 749 3901 or 530 749 3902. Back in the early 90s the City of Marysville developed the Adopt a Plot to help maintain the City Cemetery and later Adopt a Park was put in place in the 90s. The program fell apart due to infighting amongst the volunteers and also liability issues arose as to who picked up the hospital bill if a volunteer got hurt. Hopefully this time the program will succeed, and Marysville's Parks can be clean again...
Also, the City is working on a hotel/restaurant/convention center and retail complex at the vacant Marysville City Owned B Street property that has been vacant for over a decade... This is something past City Councils have tried to attract but were unsuccessful decades ago. If this can be tied into the Railroad next to this proposed complex and trains could pick up and drop off people. This could be one of the biggest positive projects Marysville has seen since Ellis Lake was drained and totally repaired in the early 80s.

The City of Marysville is combining the fire department with the Linda fire department which will save money and get quicker response time for the residence of the City of Marysville. This has been an issue for decades, but the former leaders and employees thought giving up control and contracting out services would be a nail in the City's coffin. They thought it would look like the City was in rancor about to collapse. Of course, nothing was further from reality back 30 years ago, when this was first suggested, but better late than never. I have to say I have been very skeptical of Councils for years, but I have to say this current City Council at least is more fiscally responsible than other councils in the recent years. Now if they would deal with the criminal homeless problem and mentally ill who roam the streets day and night... then things would be moving in a positive direction.

Jury Duty and Elderly Abuse and Discrimination... A Question and Answer by the Supreme Court Needs to be Addressed.

If you have ever been called to do Jury Duty, you will receive a form, and on that form, there are instructions and boxes you can check to opt out of serving... One is if you are over 70 years old you can check it to become exempt from ever being served a summons or serving on a jury. Yet the Federal legal elderly age is 65, so technically those 65 to 69 are being discriminated against and should be offered the same exemption as those 70 or older.
Under California PC368 Elderly Abuse law which most states as well as the Federal Government has, defines elder abuse as the physical or emotional abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation of a victim 65 years of age or older... Elder abuse can be prosecuted as a misdemeanor or a felony and is punishable by up to 4 years of jail or prison. So under the law, if a person 65 or older is ordered to Jury Duty and is in poor or less that perfect health and gets stressed by the threat of imprisonment and fines for not complying and showing up for Jury Duty, they are being abused under the elderly abuse law. So the Jury Duty law should be changed to 65 to be allowed to be exempt or the courts are committing elderly abuse!
Now I know some spin-attorney will say there is a opt out but you need to have your doctor write a note explaining a health issue that exempts you... so you have your doctor write a note saying you have health issues that exempt you... But that too is discriminating because it is likened to having your mommy or daddy write a note to you teacher as a kid explaining why you were absent from school... Yet if you are 70 you need no such note...not to mention a HIPAA violation by the court asking for it. This has to be changed or the law is in direct contradiction of itself, and blatantly discriminates against the legally agreed on elders 65 and older! I realize someone will say it is your civic duty, but the Federal Government has ruled that 65 and older you are considered elderly and under the jury duty law you have to be 70 to be afforded the right to be left alone and not anymore stressed out then your age already stresses you out! Besides, if you are older than 65 and want to serve on a Jury you can or that too would be elderly abuse by discriminating against you because of your age... All changing the age does is bring it in line with the legally recognized elder age of 65.

I have been writing for decades about the pending enslavement of us all... Sadly, not many believed or paid much attention to it. So, I am going to try, in vain no doubt, to tell you a true story that happened a few years ago... First, let me tell you about the past. Not too long ago people were born in the USA that never had to have an SSI number, or Mark of the Beast, number when they were born. As a matter of fact, there were a lot of people who were born outside of the hospital naturally by their mothers that never had a birth certificate... This was less than 70 years ago to. As a matter of fact, I didn't have to apply for an SSI card until I was in my teens and wanted to get a job back in the 60s. All you had to do then is go down to the post office and apply for an SSI card. No questions asked but they did want to see a birth certificate if you had one... if not you had to get 3 witnesses or a doctor to testify that they saw or knew you were indeed born in the USA. Now that took some time but other than that, there was no 3rd degree made of it...
Fast forward to today... A while back a house down the street was raided by the FBI and no one knew why. Well, it turns out the parents decided to have their baby naturally without a doctor or even letting the "GOVERNMENT" know they had a baby girl. Unfortunately, either family or a supposed friend or somehow the government was alerted of the Child and all hell broke out.... You see it is apparently now illegal to have a child without the Government knowing about it! Oh, they raided the house with about a squad of FBI with automatic weapons and drug out the parents and took the child, and I have it on video! At the time I didn't know what the reason was until a former military officer told me they raided them for hiding a child. I asked this former military officer if they had a kidnapped kid there?... I was told no, it was their child. I said I don't understand...was the child being abused? I was told no... the baby girl was fine... Now I really was curious and asked what crime was committed to get the FBI involved? I was told they decided to have a child and not let the government put the Mark of the Beast...i.e. SSI number on the child and wanted to self-educate the child to protect her from the pedophiles teaching in the schools... and it is against Federal Law to have a child "Unregistered" in the USA... I was shocked! I had no idea having a child on your own and attempting to raise it as you see fit, is now against the law and illegal! But here we are, and I never ever saw anything about this "Raid" in the local media or knew any such law existed in the USA...
So, You're Not Free.... You're Owned! Like a slave... and that is a very sad epitaph for a once free people!

Auris is a fungal infection resistant to most antifungal medications in the Echinocandins categories, and some are resistant to them all. C. Auris is far more deadly than C19 and in fact makes C19 look like the sniffles in comparison. “Create or introduce an enhanced common cold/flu, (Corona Virus) that attacks people, and creates flu like complication for most people, and has a high survival rate among the healthy, but can be deadly to older people with immune deficient problems, who are a financial burden on sociality, so declare it as a global health threat. Create media endorsement of this Corona Flu Virus as a global pandemic threat to create mass paranoia and fear. Create a testing system and utilized it, which picks up any genetic cold/flu material in the body and triggers a positive Corona Flu Virus result. If test is proven to be unreliable, use plausible deniability. Inflate the “Corona Flu Virus” case numbers through payment to the healthcare industry for positive case numbers data. This should create the changing of death certificates, double counting, classifying deaths including other diseases and natural causes as Corona Virus deaths. Demand Lockdowns and mandatory nose and mouth surgical type masks for the public’s safety. The mandatory Lockdown and wearing of masks will condition people to life under Government Laws. Prevent protests and identify public resistance and overtly ban all critical opposition.
2nd PHASE:
If 1st Phase is successful, it should lead to compromised and frail immune systems through lack of food, social distancing, lack of sunlight and wearing of masks creating unhealthy bacteria. Then introduce a vaccine cure and demand everyone be vaccinated for humanities survival. Exposure to 5G radiation will further attack the immune system of the vaccinated. Thus when people re-merge into society, more people will fall ill because the vaccine will have destroyed many of the population’s immune system. This will be blamed on the Corona Virus, that we will call C19 for the year it is to be introduced. (Hopefully 2019) This will all occur before and after the vaccine is introduced to justify the mandatory compliance for the greater good of humanity. A longer and more potent outbreak and lockdown will follow, if needed, until everyone is forced to take the vaccine or rounded up and sent to quarantine encampments. The threat of being taken to a quarantine facility will make many more to get vaccinated and those who refuse will contract the Virus in custody.
3rd Phase
“If a majority of people resist the mandatory vaccine and refuse to be quarantined, a weaponized SARS/HIV/MERS or more deadly virus will be released. A lot of people will die from this virus, and it will create a far greater reason to get the vaccine. It will be the survival of the fittest and the media will say only the vaccinated will survive. It will be the ultimate push for everyone to be vaccinated with a new guaranteed vaccine version that saves lives in order to return life to normality. Those who have taken the vaccine will demand those who have not gotten vaccinated to get the vaccine. Doctors and hospitals will refuse to treat the unvaccinated. Many unvaccinated including children, will die from heart attacks, cancer and other treatable illnesses because the medical industry refuses to treat them. Well, in about a month the IRS Gestapo will begin raiding people's homes and killing patriots by order... I wonder how many people who believe in freedom will just give-up without a fight and allow the Gestapo to take them and their families away to a Concentration camp to rot for years? No trial, no media coverage, no one allowed to ask any questions, just silence and people disappearing for not paying homage to the Masters. Whether they just didn't pay or couldn't pay will be meaningless to the armed thugs. Any resistance will result in death and after they kill you, they will chest bump and high five each other and say it was a great day stopping anti-tax terrorists.
I never ever thought I would ever live to see this in America. But, inch by inch the NWO or OWO, One World Order, infiltrated our government and our schools, our courts, our police and military, and finally our medical industry and we just bah bah bahed along either not seeing the infiltration or refusing to see it. People like me, who tried to warn people in the 70s were laughed at and told I was a gloom and doomer and the people would never allow the country to ever get that bad... I know I have told this story before, but to those who haven't read it, I shall tell it once again: Back in 1973 I was headed to school with 2 of my school mates in a 1966 Mustang and got stopped at one of the first "Headlight check points" which was just a ruse to ask motorists questions about car insurance and to check licenses and to see if they could catch anyone impaired. I pulled up to the CHP officer, and he proceeded to ask me a number of questions, none of which had anything to do with the headlights on the car. He asked me where we were going, and I flippantly pointed in the direction the car was facing and said "That Way." He tried to be just as flippant and ask me, "What way was that?" I couldn't help myself at that point, and I said; "East." He then got a bit stern and asked me for my license and registration and if I had Insurance. Back then Insurance wasn't required to carry. I gave him my license and registration and told him I had no insurance. He then admonished me and said, "You know if you are in an accident, and it is your fault you are liable for damages." I told him I was aware and would try not to get into an accident being the one at fault. I then ask him why all the questions? Wasn't this a HEADLIGHT check point? Not the Spanish Inquisition... He didn't like that at all, needless to say... He then told me to turn on my headlights and hit the low and high beams when order to.... he motioned another fellow in a jumpsuit, I assumed a government mechanic, and the fellow put some sort of suction device on the headlights and told me to hit the high and low beams...
After he was through the CHP went over to the mechanic and the mechanic seemed to motion that the lights were fine... The CHP then came back to me and said I needed to get the lights looked at because one high beam was off... I knew he was just being an asshole, so I asked him how the low beams were...he said they were fine... He then flipped me my license and registration and said, "OK Move Out!" I don't know how many of you have seen a 1966 Mustang but it has ONLY 2 Lightbulbs, one on each side and they are sealed beam lights so there is NO WAY one of the high-beams can be off unless the low-beam is too!
As we were leaving, I said to my friends that one day the police will be able to pull us over for no reason and if we ask questions, they will pull out their guns and drag us out of the car, slamming us to the ground and we will not be able to do anything about it! They laughed at me and said the people would riot if they started that, and I could have gotten out of that check point a lot faster if I hadn't been such a hard ass and just answered his question without questioning him. Well, at least I saw the future coming and it was because of their attitudes. I was always taught to Question Authority, not to cower and grovel before it. A few years later because I wasn't the only person who questioned what the Headlight Check Point Stops were really for, the Supreme Court Ruled they were Unconstitutional Illegal Stops, a liken to a Nazi Gestapo roadblock asking people for their papers. They had to see a blatant vehicle code violation, like a light out or so far out of alignment that it posed a traffic threat, only then could they stop you. They couldn't create roadblocks that stopped everyone... Well, that ruling didn't last long, the OWO found a way to get their roadblocks so they could check everyone and ask everyone for their papers!
Now will come the IRS kicking down your door... all because we allowed it to happen.

Apparently, the City Council of the City of Marysville California does what most banana socialist/communist countries do, much like the leftist government now in charge in America. In recent weeks I had expressed my disapproval that the City of Marysville was going to be collecting past due garbage bills for a private company by attaching those bills to the property tax roll... I had sent in my disapproval via email long before the last City Council Meeting, and I am sure they got it...but since I am an advocate for the people's RIGHTS against tyranny... I apparently don't count... I know, this is typical when tyrants are in office... In my email of disapproval, I stated that collecting for a privately owned garbage company is likened to giving a gift of public funds to that company... So, if they are going to collect delinquent bills for a private company, then they should collect for anyone who has a delinquent bill owing them... Of course this fell on deaf ears. (Would also be very Un-Constitutional) I am very sure they will have an answer as to why they can collect for a private company and not for YOU who maybe owed money... more than likely another un-constitutional law by edict that we the people never voted on. So, the question needs to be askes of the Marysville City Taxpaying Voters, is a general RECALL of all Council Members in order, or will we just cower like beaten peons when more and more regulations are thrust upon us whenever the city/staff/councilmembers need more revenue from YOU THE TAXPAPAERS? I had sent in my Email before the last City Council meeting, and this is the minutes from that meeting... notice how it says NO Comments from the Public...

Performance Bonds Elected Officials Have and How to Go After Elected Officials Who Are Negligent In Office!
In general, state statutes require public official bonds for all elected and most non-elected public officials. Covered state and local public officials can range from the governor to members of the local City Council and School Boards. Statutes may require an individual public official bond for each public official or may allow for a blanket bond for all public officials that fall into a certain group (i.e., all members of the board of directors or all alderman of a town or city). In considering a statutory bond, it is important to note that Courts may interpret a statutory bond to conform to the statutory requirements, rather than the terms set forth therein. Otherwise, the bond will be construed as written.
Depending on the statutory language, a public official bond may be a “faithful performance bond,” which appears to be the most commonly required public official bond. In the alternative, a “fidelity bond,” “public employees blanket bond,” or “public employee dishonesty policy” may be statutorily required. A “faithful performance bond” is designed to ensure actual and proper performance of the official’s statutory and official duties. “Fidelity bonds” are generally limited to covering loss resulting from dishonest conduct or negligent or malfeasance of a public official.
Importantly, the scope of an official’s duties and construction of the “faithful performance” standard varies from state to state, and so the governing statute and the law of the specific jurisdiction must be reviewed in any one specific case. For example, some courts have construed “faithful performance” more broadly to include the negligent performance of official duties, in addition to fidelity and honesty. In any event, these bonds are not generally construed to provide coverage for all acts or omissions of public officials that result in a loss, only those that are within the official duties and responsibilities of the relevant official. The exception here in most jurisdictions is a public official’s failure to account for or turn over funds, including instances where funds were stolen despite the public official’s due care, or where the public official made unauthorized expenditures. In those cases, most jurisdictions will apply a strict liability standard to the surety. Or the official causes injury or death because of inept planning. Nevertheless, recovery on a public official bond requires proof of actual damages; theoretical or non-pecuniary losses are not covered. So, if an elected official or officials create a hazardous condition like dangerous planning and someone is injured or killed, that can be considered actual damages.
At the bottom, as with any surety bond, a surety is liable on a public official bond only to the extent that its principal is liable. To the extent its principal is immune from civil liability, the issuance of a bond should not act as a waiver of that immunity. Similarly, to the extent the principal acted within his or her “discretionary” authority and is thus immune from liability, the surety would also benefit from that immunity.
Protecting the public from the potential dishonesty or inept elected officials through public official bonds has been a constant in municipal governance for centuries. It is not, however, unlimited. Local statutes and case law as well as the specific duties and responsibilities of the official at issue must be reviewed and a real loss ascertained before a surety or an insurer will be held to account, like inept planning that causes injury or death. Some municipalities are deceptively dishonest and will not tell the general public what company holds the Performance Bonds because they know if the Bond company revokes the elected or city official’s bond, they can no longer be allowed to perform their duties until the suit is resolved in the Officials favor… if not they will be in most cases not allowed to stay in that official position. So, going after a government or elected officials BOND is a great way to protect the tax paying citizens against inept and corrupt officials. Another way is to start a general recall if your state allows. You will have to get the proper documents and then file them and then gather the needed signatures to get it on the next ballot… but if you have a claim against the BOND issuer and they revoke the officials Bond, you can almost guarantee they will not be causing or creating any problem until the claim and recall are resolved one way or the other.

Well inflation is up according to new numbers released, and it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone who balances a bank book. What is surprising though is the spew and lies coming out of the fools who have no idea what they are talking about. Anyone who tells you that all the cost increases are because of low wages, and if we raise the minimum wage higher everything will balance out, is an idiot or a blatant liar. Every single time the minimum wage has gone up, costs have gone up! That is basic economics! The higher the wage, the more it costs to run a business for a profit. So, if a business has to pay you more, they have to raise the price of what they sell. Now take in the irresponsible FED and the idiots running our government who seem to think they can print their way out by creating more money without anything to back it up with like GOLD or Silver, and you better get ready to spend $10 for a loaf of Bread or gallon of gas... that day is fast approaching. Each time the FED prints more money, than they have assets to back that money up with, the dollar value goes DOWN! So, of course you will need more money to buy anything! But raising the minimum wage higher just makes the problem worse, like pouring gas on a fire.
Over the years I have tried to warn of this time we are in now and I was ridiculed and told I was a gloom and doomer tinfoil hat conspiracist. But everything I warned that was going to happen, has happened, and I have known for decades that trying to convince people they have been duped and fooled by tyrants is a lot harder to make them believe, than it was for the tyrants who fooled them to begin with.
